Products

All products sold by Deer’O’Deer are natural deer antler chews intended for dogs. Because every antler is a real, raw, naturally shed product, no two pieces are identical. Each antler will vary in size, shape, colour, weight, texture, and overall appearance. Some may be lighter or darker, smoother or rougher, more curved or straighter than others.

These differences are an inherent and expected characteristic of a natural product and are not considered defects.

Product images on our website are representative and intended as a general guide only. The item you receive will almost certainly look different from the images shown, and that is by nature of the product itself, not an error. Colour, size, and shape will vary from order to order and from piece to piece.

It is your responsibility to assess whether a product is suitable for your individual animal. We recommend consulting your veterinarian before introducing new chews or treats, particularly for puppies, senior dogs, dogs with dental issues, or dogs that are aggressive chewers.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you promptly to arrange a refund or alternative.

Orders and Payment

By completing a purchase, you are making an offer to buy the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card details are never stored on our website or servers.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current Australia Post rates and your delivery location. These rates are set by Australia Post and are subject to change.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. Deer’O’Deer cannot guarantee delivery dates and accepts no liability for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy for full details. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Deer’O’Deer’s liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We accept no liability for injury, illness, or harm to any animal arising from use of our products. All products should be used under appropriate supervision.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
