Shipping

Deer’O’Deer ships all orders within Australia via Australia Post.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address, using current Australia Post rates. These rates are set by Australia Post and may vary over time.

Dispatch generally occurs within 2 business days of your order being placed, subject to stock availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Deer’O’Deer is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. If you are located outside Australia and would like to enquire about international orders, please contact us directly.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are supported through Australia Post’s standard delivery network.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout. Deer’O’Deer cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost as a result of an incorrect address being entered.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Please note that because our products are real, raw, naturally shed antlers, each piece will vary in size, shape, colour, texture, and appearance. Variation from product images or between orders is expected and is not a valid reason for return. Our product images are a general guide only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products that have been damaged through misuse or neglect after delivery

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@deerodeer.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@deerodeer.com.au. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You remain entitled to a remedy where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
